collision detection of entire assembly

I am working with assemblies with a lot of sheet metal parts.

It happens that a constraint is wrongly placed or that I add a flange to a part without checking if it still fits in the assy.

Is there a way for Inventor to auto-check if bodies collide or overlap?

All I've found is the interference analyser, but it can only analyse two sets, and I need it to check the entire assy.

Here's a trick that might help.  

Pick all your components as Set 1.  Ignore Set 2 (leave the arrow red).  

The interference check will still run, but Inventor will check all the components in set 1 against each other. 

Word of warning, if you have a lot of components selected in set 1, the analysis could take a while.
