I want to remove ABCDEF only (marked by blue line) but entire AB1234EF area is highlighted when I used extrude tool. How to remove ABCDEF only?

Within the Extrude Feature, it has a couple of parts, the upper icon that is shown selected is the Extrude - Add function. The icon just below is the Extrude - Cut function which will remove material rather than add material.

Sometimes you need to also check your sketch area region.

Fix your issue with Extrusion 4 which will solve the Mirror2 as well. Extrusion4 should be combined with Extrusion3 as a single feature on Work Plane1. Sketch4 is over constrained, delete the "pink" dimension. This will fix your issue.

Add these Sketch Points at the intersections.

Your technique is working but I have a hesitation to use this because it is not giving in the particular exercise.

It is highly appreciated if you could explain why it is working. So that I can use in future.

On the Manage tab click Rebuild All.

Notice you have errors in your feature tree (i in circles).

This technique is only known by a handful of people that frequent this forum.  Your instructor is not likely to be aware of the technique of using sketch points to clearly define ambiguous sketch boundary contours.

Why don't you just sketch what you intend to extrude..

Make your sketch like this and the problem is solved..

Do you have a drawing for the finished part?

Attached is a simplified model.

As Sketch Point method is not visible in the browser I am going to use this.

It seems ambiguous sketch boundary for the Software only. If it is for user, is there any way to identify it.

Exactly the problem with your sketch.  It is vague. What do you really really intend to be the boundary (from software coding perspective)?

Binary solutions to questions.  Yes or no.  1 or 0.

Imagine programming the software (or ask yourself questions about the geometry) that can only be answered with yes or no responses.

Example part attached. At least one of your dimensions was incorrect.

Yes I have noticed. Is there any technique to fix the error?

I wish to know whether  "Rebuild All" tool can only help you to indentify the error.

I couldn’t get any clue from Post #2 how to fix the error.

Is it possible to fix the error with rearranging the features in the browser and without tinkering the sketch.
