Recap Scan Regions in Inventor

Hello! Is it possible to Saved Regions in Recap appear in Inventor's Navigator?

Here are the Saved Regions in Recap (1.4.0.132):

Capture01.PNG

And here is the Navigator view in Inventor (2015 SP1):

Capture02.PNG

It seems to be possible based on the sample dataset installed with Product Design Suite. When I attach the RCP file from "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Autodesk ReCap\Sample\AutodeskReCapSampleProject.rcp" to Inventor, I see all the Saved Regions in Inventor:

Capture03.PNG

It would just be a useful tool to help manage view areas in Inventor.

If it's not possible to translate the Saved Regions from Recap to Inventor, how would one create the Regions in Inventor?

Any inputs would be appreciated!

Hi,

The team tested this out and it seems Inventor 2015 is using an older SDK.

They created a patch that should be released in upcoming update.

Sorry for the confusion,

Thank you,

Mitko
