Our Home Use Licenses have expired for Autodesk Product Design Suite 2015. I submitted to Autodesk & received new S/N. However, when re-activating on a home computer, it is asking the user to create an Autodesk account, delete a couple .data files & jump through some other hoops. This was not required in the past as I recall, nor was it required for the initial installation of Design Suite 2015.
ultimately the home use successfully updated. I'm just wondering if I'm missing a step here and making it more complicated than it needs to be, or if Autodesk changed this procedure? Has anyone else gone through this recently? I'd like to make it as easy as possible for the rest of our home users to upgrade their home use licenses.
Thanks for your input,
-Scott
