Radius measure inconsistancy.

I'm not sure if this was in 2018, but I've just noticed it in 2019. 

If I measure a face of a cylinder, the Radius is displayed first followed by the diameter.

However, if I measure the edge of the hole, it's the other way around with diameter shown first and then radius.

To me, this inconsistency needs fixing, it's already caught me out a few times today.

This also exists in 2018 (build 112)
Inventor 2018

I kept measuring things, remembering the number and typing it in on a different part and then wondering why it didn't fit. Then measuring it again and getting a different number. 

This must be why.
