"Show Constrained State" with option to ignore single rotational degree of freedom

The Show Constrained State is a great feature.  What would make it greater, is if there was an option to ignore a single degree of freedom in rotation. this would allow you to quickly ignore all of the fasteners that can "spin in their holes"

Are you aware of the Lock Rotation in Insert Constraint?
