"Place and ground first component at origin" option switching OFF - cause found

Hi everyone,

I have finally found what causes "place and ground first component at origin" application option to switch off automatically.

It is creating a feature driven pattern.

It took me some time to figure this one out.

Please support me and inform autodesk you want this fixed.

Thanks, I am subscription customer (or at least the company I work for is). But why hasn't this updated automatically through the Autodesk desktop app?

Does it show in your "desktop app" as an available update?

I don't believe any updates are applied "automatically" except for updates to the desktop app itself..

All updates to Inventor must be allowed to be installed by you in the desktop app.. 

Also your specific user account used in the desktop app must be tied to a subscription to access those "subscription customer" only updates.. 

If your company hasn't set your user account under their subscription then you won't be notified of subscription updates as it thinks you aren't a subscription customer.
