"Insert Frame" not working

I use the frame generator a lot but for some reason today the insert frame command is not working. when i click the button the pop up does not come up. i checked my content center and it is connected and libraries are still there.

this is inventor 2016

i wish that were the case but it is not. i looked everywhere for it 😞

in the bottom left of my screen i get the below message. I can click corners of my block but nothing happens 😞

Hi tillytadpole,

It sure looks like it's just off screen.

Did you try this to "grab" the dialog:

1. start the tool that exhibits the problem
2. press ALT + Space-bar on the keyboard 
3. then press the M key (M for move)
4. then Immediately press any of the arrow keys on the keyboard
5. finally, move your mouse around and the dialog box will now be attached to your cursor allowing you to drag it back on screen
6. click to drop it in place

I have same problem ( inventor 2017 )

tried ALT Space bar  M etc but nothing happen

Did you complete all the steps that @Curtis_Waguespack indicated.

If you just did ALT+SPACEBAR and the M key..  You are not going to see anything until you do the arrow key and move your mouse.

Of course i did everything i press ALT +Space  then M and Arrow key in the KBoard and move mouse   but nothing happens library are in the correct folders by the way with version 2015 there is no issue problem is with 2017 and 2016

Can you place from content center into your assembly?

Does Inventor lock up when this occurs?

Can you select other Inventor functions?

You may have to run the Inventor Rest Utility on Inventor 2015 is the others are working.

Can you place from content center into your assembly? Yes i placed some nuts in an engine assembly and it works

Does Inventor lock up when this occurs?  Inventor does not lock up just a sign + near mouse Arrow

frame generator works well in 2015 version but not in 2016 and 2017 ( of course in my pc) i have hp 12 gig ram 1tHDD AMD radeon

Thank you. The dialogue box was there all along until I followed you steps and it came right out.
