Putting Jpeg into titleblock

HI All

This is the 1st time this has  happened to me.

I am trying to insert a jpeg of a company's logo into the titleblock.

This is a titleblock I created previously, with no logo, now I am wanting to put the logo in.

When I edit the titleblock and insert it, it doesn't appear.

It does however appear invisibly as a 3rd party object at the size it 1st came in 

before I resized it to fit titleblock, in each and every sheet.

Then I have to make it visible and resize it in each and every sheet, 

but it is not part of the titleblock.

Anybody any idea of what is happening here and why?

Is the titleblock saved as a template? Once you have placed the logo in the right location, it should save that information.

Hi! Please share the template file here. It should be doable. I would like to understand the image issue better.
