inventor and ai for photorealism

I was wondering if anyone knows of a ai based software which could take an inventor model and create photorealistic image of the 3d file. i know it is possible to create a 3d file using an image in some ai applications, but really thought it should be possible to do it the other way around. i have tried using an inventor raytraced image and put this into a sketch to photorealist ai application, with poor results.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
