Projected geomtery not updating / broken link????

I have this issue appear quite frequently at the moment, and it's verging on disastrous. I have a sketch from a derived part, and I have projected some geometry to use in the sketch that forms an extrusion. Every time I modify my base part that drives everything, points are being "stuck in time" and not updating. The attached screen grab should show what is happening, but the points that don't update are left as a kind of acne all over my sketch. Every time I make a change, I have a load more. The dimension in the sketch is meant to be attached to the centre of the circle (well it was anyway), but the last time I made a change the main projected geometry updated and these funny little dots just stay where they are.

Rebuild all, update button, close and re-open do absolutely nothing

Anyone had this happen to them?

I have been in similar situations for a long time. Therefore, adopt another method of work.
I try to put all the information I can to a sketch, not only the information of the next operation that works in that sketch, also if I can I put the information of the planes or faces parallel to the sketch plane that may be involved in the drawing, even before creating a solid, and then shared this sketch for the operations you need. In this way I obtain many benefits, on the one hand I concentrate the information for an easy and fast access (I have less sketch in my file), and on the other hand I have relatively few projected entities that could bring some problem in the future.
If it is not possible to load much information to the sketch, perhaps because it makes it little readable or complicates the work on it, it is safer to convert sketch entities than solid edges, mainly if they are cylindrical or results of some loft, they can bring problems . It is very important to stop at the beginning to think very well the way forward to model a complex part. This avoids this type of inconvenience.
If it is not very clear what I said share the file here so we can study it.
I hope you can solve your problem. regards

Hi! The behavior is not normal. Try going to Manage -> Rebuild All. If it works, it means there is lack of an update for some reason. It is a bug. Please share the part files exhibiting the behavior.

If you are on 2019, please install 2019.4 update. Report back your findings.

Many thanks!
