Project a 3D sketch in a flat pattern

Hi everyone.

I'm struggeling with a 3D sketch in a Sheet Metal. It is a curved piece (part of a staircase) where you can see the 3d sketch. This is a projection of the steps of the staircase. I'm trying to get this 3D sketch, or at least the projection lines in the flat pattern. This way we can send this part to the laser.
I tried a sweep of a small circle along the lines, but than the flat pattern doens't work anymore. Next, I tried the 'Unwrap'. This way I got a surface with the needed lines, but if I compare the outline of the Unwrap with the one of the Flat Pattern, there is a small difference.

Anyone who can come up with a solution.

Attached are the files with the 3D sketch.

Thank you in advance

You can use the 3dSketch to "mark" the part using the split tool.
When in Flat Pattern, you will see the marks.
