Problems with the frame generator miter

Translated with Google Translate:

"With the frame gerenreator a frame with miter was created.

After the addition of further components and dependencies, the mitredions are no longer correct and the frame is moved to its reference geometry.

How can the fixation and what has been done wrong?"

Hallo @Anonymous I see that you are visiting as a new member to the Inventor Forum.
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

If I understand the issue correctly, you have the frame generator to creating your staircase but it does not resize.

When I go into the Frame sketch Referenzrahmen does not have any dimensions and cannot be edited.

Typically the frame generator process is driven by the sketch, where you have it set by dimensions and can change to update the model. However you created this from the beginning does not have these constraints or dimensions, it is a locked in sketch. Not sure how you did that.

I try to draw the sketch to include as many features and frame parts as I can so that if I need to re-use or change something it is all based off one sketch.

Here's a quick setup of the frame generator, maybe you could tell us what kind of workflow you are using and we can tell you where to improve?

Hello @Anonymous were you able to inspect your assembly and find how your frame generator constraints and dimensions are setup?
