Problem with Inventor installation

After downloading the file "Inventor_Professional_2025_Spanish_Win_64bit_db_001_002.exe", when you execute it, the following message appears that does not allow you to continue with the installation. "Cannot run the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2025 installer. If "Inventor_Professional_2025_Spanish_Win_64bit_db_001_002.7z is still downloading in your browser, wait for the download to finish and try running this file again. Please if you could help me as the days go by and the 30 day trial is getting shorter.

Check that the file has been downloaded
Inventor_Professional_2025_Spanish_Win_64bit_db_002_002.7z
(it is about 6 GB in size)
