Problem with draging ballons.

Hi,

Inventor 2026

I have a problem with balloons in drawings.

I would like to change balloon style from 1 to 2. I can grab the points marked in blue, but I cannot drag the point marked in red.

When I try to grab the blue point, the cursor changes, but it doesn’t when I try to grab the red one.

To change from style 1 to 2, I need to switch to a style where the point is not placed on the line (orange).

Is there any solution to this problem?

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. It appears that you have "annotation shape: none" selected (second from the botton on attached picture). You could switch to linear shape (bottom one), but both can be grabbed and moved into a horizontal or vertical position.

Dzięki za odpowiedź. Właśnie chodzi o to, ze tę górną kropkę moge złapać i przesuwać, a tej dolnej nie mogę złapać żeby rozsunąć znaczniki z kierunku pionowego na poziomy. W inventorze 2022 nie miałem takiego problemu dopiero po zmianie na 2026. Przy górnej kursor się zmienia i mogę ruszać a pry dolnej nie.  Zmiana kształtu pozwala mi przesunąć w bok gdy kropka nie jest na lini wtedy można ją zaznaczyć.

Thanks for the reply. The point is that I can grab and move the upper dot, but I can't grab the lower one to spread the markers from vertical to horizontal. I didn’t have this problem in Inventor 2022 — it only started after switching to 2026. With the upper one, the cursor changes and I can move it, but with the lower one, I can’t. Changing the shape allows me to move it sideways when the dot is not on the line — then it can be selected
