Kindly tell me the marked profile is made through loft or some thing else please tell?

To me its kind of hard to make out what the exact shape this profile is.  There appears to be an over lapping profile.. There maybe a couple of solutions for this and loft could be a possibility.  In addition is this image from Fusion 360?

Possibly a "Sweep" to create the slope/chamfer on the exterior of the central shape

With only a single view of the geometry...

 

1) Tapered (inward) cut of the rectangular pocket.

2) Tapered (outward) extrude of the convoluted profile to pocket bottom.

3) Straight cut of interior pocket to depth as needed. (A shared profile with the previous step may be helpful.)
