Problem while doing a mold

Hi guys, i'm trying to do a simple bottle mold. I've already created the 2 solids i need (the bottle and the cube) but when i try to do the combine/cut step, the bottle solid stills remain. There's a cut but only on the edges.

Do you know what i' m doing wrong?

Without seeing the file it would be tough to comment but it looks like you could do a revolve sweep using half of the sketch for each mold side. If you started your model centered about the Origin you will already have the Work-Axis in place to revolve.

Delete Face with Lump option.

On the other hand, do you have any idea why did that happen? (Just the edges were cutted)

The interior of your bottle was empty space.  Cannot cut anything with empty space.
