hi i have a problem in my inventor 2018, when i try to edit a sketch the inventor is load something and crash. i have a inventor 2018 in windows 7 64 bits 16 gb ram

Can you clarify this "inventor is load something" What is loading? Are you seeing the crash report dialog? What updates have your applied to Inventor 2018? Is the crashing only happening on this given part/sketch file or always?

is in all files, i do a test in other computer with the same sketch but work fine, the problem is in my inventor

the mouse show the icon of loading and the program closing after a minutes and dont showme a report, y try to intall the updates but is only inicialisating but i cant install, you can give me the offline updates?

Hi! This should be a bug. Did you submit the crash report? If yes, please send me an email directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). In the meantime, make sure you install 2018.3 update followed by 2018.3.4 update. Also install all critical Windows updates and make sure graphics driver is up-to-date.
