Well this is what I was expecting to see

showing the file size.
I will assume the download went OK. These three files are just like having a physical media install - so do exactly that - back up these files onto a USB drive or DVDs and you will never have to download (2016) again.
Create a Windows Restore Point (if you don't know how - Google it, or the Windows OS search will also explain how). I name it something like Before Inventor 2016. That way I can anyways get back to this point. Once you have verified a successful install, you should create another Restore Point, named something like Good Inventor 2016 Install.
Disable UAC (lowest setting) (if you don't know how - Google it, or the Windows OS search will also explain how).
Reboot your computer. (don't forget to re-enable UAC after install)
Disable anti-virus (don't forget to re-enable anti-virus after install, I set it to automatically re-enable on next reboot).
Start install of Inventor by double clicking on 001_003. This will automatically extract install files from all three compressed downloads (I assume you have them all in one folder. I prefer to have in a folder at the Root of C:\ I call it C:\Autodesk Zips
Follow the on-screen instructions. Post back if any problems are encountered. I always install in 30-day trial mode, but since you already attempted install before - you will probably not be presented with that option.
Next instructions to follow.
