problem in inventor 2020

hi. i have a problem, i tyr to run inventor 2020 but when is starter the program crashed.i install the updates and the AdskLicensing-installer but dont work.

 

only i can see this, after 2 minutes crash

go to the start menu and type "cmd" to bring up a command prompt and paste this into it and hit enter. (paste the following including the quotes)

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2020\Bin\Inventor.exe" -unlicense 

 

Reboot your computer and try to load the application again.. 

Does it work now?
