Preserve all features in fillet command doesn´t work

Hi.
I have an issue with "Preserve All Features" option of fillet command.
1. If I make a hole or a cut extrusion and keep checked "Preserve All Features" everything works as expected.

2. But if it is any other type of operation it does not work.

This is an alternative version made with extrusion and circular pattern after applying the fillet. The resolution is the same but .... with two more operations.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Don´t you worry. Mea culpa. 

The version I am working with is 2017.

Now I see, and I am afraid that this behavior is correct. Inventor cannot add material and if the reference planes disappear somehow (which they do in this example), Inventor cannot recreate the feature.

So, the fillet has to be created before the pin. 

I do not understand @Francisco_García, how, the other way round, you would have 2 steps less. 

I have attached your file again and added the way I would approach.

Interestingly if you use a 6.1251mm fillet in your original file it does work as in the screen capt. you posted. Any larger fillet and it fails. I can't work out why it is failing at that particular size though as it is not a size that works out to be a tangent to the hole etc.
