Hi,

Which is the better software program to make Visual Presentation of Assembly Models between Showcase and 3DsMax?

I would like to learn how to present realistic Presentation of Assembly models but do not know which is better software program.

What specifically/exactly do you want to achieve?

And why doesn't Inventors built in functionality work for you?

I use Inventors built in raytracing/studio environment and find that more than sufficient for my "presentation" needs..

My needs are simply a "realistic" rendering.. (used for marketing material,etc..)...

You can also use the ipn environment for exploded views,etc..

In my opinion, if you want a quick and nice presentation, then the built in studio is fantastic. If you need more options and better rendering I'd highly recommend Showcase over 3DS Max. I'd only use 3DS max if you needed to do some pretty intense animation.

Well.. In order to get good answers you need to provide sufficient details..

Why do you want to use studio/3dsmax?

What isn't Inventors built in functionality doing for you?

Why do you think you need something else?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Without sufficient information/details from you then its just a crap shoot/opinionated responses based on others needs and not yours.
