How can I change the background of presentation file ?

I hope I am understanding your correctly.  Under the view tab you can select the configuration you desire.  There are default backgrounds but with the appropriate application you can create backgrounds for yourself.  Now if you want to add a background to a presentation file export such as a video, then you can do that with video editing applications such as Camtasia.
