Position Tolerance applied to a hole in each direction drawing

Hello,

I am trying to create a drawing that requires a Position Tolerance applied to a hole in each direction with a two feature control frames. Basically I am trying to reproduce the attached drawing, but don't know how to change the leaders to look like the two GD&T feature control frames for the 21 mm hole, I've tried looking on styles editor with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! thank you!

To change the feature control frame leader, R.click on the frame & select 'Edit Arrowhead'. To change the dimension leader, R.click on the dimension & select 'Edit 1st arrowhead, Edit 2nd arrowhead'.

thank you
