PLEASE HELP! Error loading segment

Hi there, 

Can anyone please help me with this error. When trying to load an assembly I get the following error message;

Error loading segment MbGraphicsSegment in database [filename.ipt]. The error just re-occurs if I try to close the dialogue box, or escape out of it.

When I try to open the individual .ipt file I get the following message.

Error in reading RSe segment - the number of objects found in the segment does not match the segment summary.

I attach the part file for reference.

Any help you guys can offer would be much appreciated.

When posting and sharing files it is important to always indicate what version of Inventor this file was created it or last save with.   In your case its 2020.

Anyhow I think you have a corrupt file.   Can you go into your oldversion folder (same location as your part file) and see if the oldversion file can be opened?

Hi! The error message indicates the file is corrupted. It is unclear to me how the file got corrupted. But, I use an internal debug tool to open the file and save. I am not seeing the error. Please take a look. Also make sure you install 2020.1 update.
