After long gap i came to the forum.. Below attached the drawing, can you please anybody know this strong knowledge about this type of complicated drawing, How can i start this drawing, totally i was struggling with this drawing. Could you please do that shortest way and let me know how will be possible easy way to draw this drawing.

If you know the use of that part there may be one section that may be better to start with but just given a drawing.. Just draw it..

Hi! There is quite a few details in this particular model. But, I don't think it should be difficult to do in any professional-grade mechanical design tool like Inventor and its competitors. An expert can probably get it done less than a day. A medium user will take a few days more.
What is your level of expertise in feature-based parametric solid modeling CAD? If you just start learning it, this one would be quite tough. You will need to start learning from the tutorials and videos with less complicated part than this one.

Hello @sathishastin I wouldn't say that is "easy" in any modeling software, but definitely doable with Inventor.
At first glance it looks like a bunch of extrusions and fillets, don't see any fancy sweeps or lofts that would be too difficult.
To echo the previous responses, how much training have you had? Is this for work or school?

I would say complex model just time consuming. Regard to this model, it's easy to getting started with a top to down or left to right to make a base solid, leverage material cutting and doing a shell in a proper moment for a plastic model.
Hope it helps and do not afraid time consuming, that's the way to PROFESSIONAL.

@sathishastin if you have experience in drafting but not 3d modeling the first thing you are going to have to do is become familiar with the new type of spatial thinking. What version of Inventor are you using?
Going through the tutorials on the home page will be your first steps.
There are many ways to go about designing this type of part. Best practice depends on the material and how it is going to be made. Whether this is made on a CNC, lathe, 3d print, or injection mold will drive how some of the parameters and tolerances are designed.
If you are just wanting to do a straight up reproduction with no design intent that's one thing, but if you follow the actual method of manufacturing through the design process that will be helpful in the long run.
For example, the slots on the circular end will most likely be the last operation performed, as that has the tightest tolerance, and will require a secondary operation depending on method of manufacture.
If you are going to dive right in and heed all training advice, you could start by creating a sketch, inserting your image, scaling to the right size, draw and dimension the side profile, extrude both ways at the width distance, clean up with extrusions to further define the shape. Here is an example:
Again, I would recommend going through the learning tutorials, watch youtube tutorial videos, read the help articles, buy a training manual book and really become familiar before you attempt this.
You will have more headaches trying to muscle through the design than just learning the basics first.
If you create a good attempt attach your file and forum users can inspect and comment further.

@sathishastin what version of Inventor are you using?
The reason I ask again and why it is important to know, if someone uploads a 2018 part and you're using 2016, they will have wasted their time as you cannot open it.
Here in the forum we are all for helping community members get started and improve their Inventor skills, but won't do work for them in lieu of training and attempting first.
In my experience, for users that haven't gone through the built in training, attaching a complex part or screencast will just illicit more questions that can be easily answered through guided tutorials.
The forum shouldn't be considered a workaround for proper self learning, but a helping hand for when you get stuck.
Make an attempt, however feeble you might think it may be, and attach it for further inspection so we can provide more accurate feedback.
I don't want you to get discouraged, but seeing how your attempt was created will direct us to where to focus your guidance.
