Pattern features along curve, orientation of feature

I know how to pattern a feature along a curve.  Can I pattern a feature along a curve, but have the orientation of the feature change a specific amount, along the curve?

In other words, I want to pattern a feature along curve A, and the orientation relative to curve B.

It's only possible to have the pattern follow the original direction of a feature or have the pattern run perpendicular to the path. Sorry 😞

That's right. There is a 'twist' option in the sweep command. But not in the pattern command.

Please take a look at the attachment.  

I'm trying to pattern a rectangle along sketch curve A (I can get this far) and have the orientation relative to sketch curve B (can't figure out this part).  Is that possible?

Possible with sketch blocks, if the pattern is not too big. Otherwise there will be some work behind.
