Pattern Contour Flange

I have a sheet metal panel with ribs in it and I want to change the number of ribs. I have gotten real close but when I change the number of ribs with the 

parameters, Contour Flange 15 errors out. I understand why I'm getting the error I just don't know how to fix this so I don't get the error. I may be going about this the wrong way, open to suggestions.

Got it ....

Mirror the first Contoured flange about the midplane

make a filler ...

make the distance 

WIDTH1 / NO_OF_RIBS1 - 1.015 in in the length 

I'm attached a 2016, and a .sat sorry I can't help you with a 2015
