Parts lists

When I create a Parts List, many times there are several items in the Parts List that are not filled in. For example Item # 7 will be blank. I often have a hard time trying to figure out which part in the assembly is Item # 7? Is there an easy way to do this?

If you open the bill of materials then when you click on a row it should highlight in the assembly.

It would be nice if you could RMB on the line in the Parts LIst and open the line item, just like you can in the assy BOM. A quick search of the Inventor IdeaStation and I see it has been raised and accepted, but when it will be instigated is unknown.
