Override "skip all unresolved files" default

Can I override the default condition of when opening an assembly or drawing file, and I hit options and it shows "skip all unresolved files" check marked?  I typically want it to resolve all files when I'm opening an assembly.

Hi! I could be wrong but if I recall how it works correctly, the Skip All only applies to migrated files. When the files are not yet migrated, they will need to be resolved on open regardless of the setting. I don't think the behavior has been changed for years.
