Create a sketch that is associated to the your drawing view.   Then sketch lines to create that intersection.   Exit the sketch and start your dimension, placing the orign at that sketched intersection.   Then when your done, edit the sketch and change the lines to sketch only geometry.

Or ...just place the origin ...

click on it click edit ...

move it in the x 1/2 the diameter of the circle ...  then you don't need to create a sketch

I tried to sketch on dwg, but I cant link the view so that I can draw with snaps referenced to view. I click on sketch and i can draw lines but there are floting on drawing space, without meaning.

Is there something like project geometry on ipt but in dwg, or how do I sketch using my views as references?

Im on sketch environment inside drawin, y try to draw but anchor point doesnt get green to associate new sketch with my view.
