Ordinate Dimension Text "First Above Landing Line"

My company has a preference of showing dimension lines that run through the text.

Any way to make this happen?

Currently we are sketching in additional lines, but you cant constrain to ordinate line geometry.

Everything is just floating, and driving me nuts.

Also, is there any way to change certain line types within the ordinate set?

Some should be dimension lines, some hidden, some center ...

Thanks

Hello,

Let's take Ordinate Dimension as an example, you can append more dimension layer with a different line type in Style Editor and switch to the customized layer before make the dimension or make the dimension and change the layer to the constituted dimension layer.

Meanwhile, you can set other setting in the dimension option to fit your requirements.

Hope these helps!

Yes, I understand all of that.

However, there isn't a way to extend the line between the text like my above pictures?

Hello,
Unfortunately, it seems a new requirement to me since currently it was not supported yet, please feel free to nominate a new idea to ideastation.
Thanks!
