Opening a sketch (in Inventor 2019) inside a 2017 version part breaks the part

We have a part made in Inventor 2017. If we open it in Inventor 2019 all is fine, until we open a sketch. We don't even modify the sketch, just open it and close it. Then a ton of constraints etc break. See attached image... The file version of the Inventor 2019 EXE is 23.0.13600.0 The file date is of the Inventor 2019 EXE is 15th Feb 2018 Is this a known bug which has been fixed? TIA!

Hi Owen,

This is concerning. It is still unclear to me why the behavior is changed all of a sudden. I am not aware of a systematic issue like this. Inventor 2019 has been released for 18 months. If there was a massive migration failure, we should have heard about it. I am still waiting for more information from the project team.

Many thanks!

Do you need more examples?

It might be useful to have another example to try to discover something common between the two examples.
