Offset not selecting chain

I have a simple profile that I want to offset as a continuous chain, but for some reason, it will not select 2 of the elements. I have re-constructed them to no avail.

I did not have any trouble Offsetting on my machine (I used Constraints rather than dimensions for the angles, but that shouldn't matter).

Do you have Offset set to Loop Select?

What version of Inventor are you using?  (2015 example attached)

Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates?

Yes. "loop select" is ticked. It is Inventor LT - Not sure if this makes any difference?

You never answered my earlier question, "Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates for your version of Inventor?"

iProperties indicates that the correct answer to that question is - No.

I hadn't installed the Service Packs - it was just the base version.
