Sheet Metal Flat Pattern of rolled part

Hi

Can anyone please help me with this issue? See attached files.

Im trying to make a flat plattern of a rolled part for lasercutter. I think it's due to a missing bend line.

Do not use Patch

Sketch the R733 arc in the center of the panel.

Extrude as surface body.

Trim

Now Thicken.

Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates for your version of Inventor?
