I have a machined part that goes into a weldment and I wanted to have the machining to show up as a different color.
The machined part has it's machining as a feature color. The derived part of the weldment looses the feature colors. I changed the color of one of the machined faces to see what would happen. Only part of the face retains the color in the derived part.
