Object visibility

Hi

I imported a STEP file which has visible objects such as axis and sketches. I can switch them off globally and save as an inventor file (part). When I insert the saved part into an assembly the objects reappear again. I don't want to turn off the object visibility  in the assembly so how do I hide these objects in the part inserted?

Can you Attach the original STEP file here?

Open the part, right click on the axis > uncheck visibility.
