Not snapping to object anymore

I am not able to snap to the object anymore. Inventor crashed and now it will not allow me to start a sketch on the object and start at a corner. I looked online and was not able to find the solution because the ones suggested did not work at all. I even imported the default settings and that did not help either.

 Hi! When Inventor crashed, did you send in the crash report? If yes, please send me an email (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com) so I can find your report to understand the crash better. Regarding the snapping behavior, I assume you are talking about 2D Sketch, right? Did you click on the buttons at the bottom of the Inventor window when editing the sketch?

Do you have it within the assembly where you have to Return to the top level?

Without seeing the object it is hard to tell what is going on. Could you attach a screenshot or record a screencast showing the behavior so forum experts can comment further?

Are you on the most current Inventor Updates?
