Not able to find/download updates of Inventor 2021

I'm not able to update with the Autodesk Desktop app. (the app doesn't work on my computer, even after trying all the steps I found on the internet).

Is there another way to download updates? For example Inventor 2021.0.1 Update.

I don't see inventor in my Account neither.

What type of license do you have ... 


Can you share a screenshot of your Account Manager for Inventor? 

(WITHOUT SERIAL NUMBERS IF YOU HAVE THAT STILL)

For 2020 you should really only see 2020.3 for available / needed update if you have none

We (@work) have a license with a file (*.lic) on the server. I don't see any software.

I have Inventor pro 2021 and Autocad 2021. I think it's installed with another Autodesk account?

If you have a work / network license ... then likely you're not assigned it. 

 

So your Contract Manager or Software Coordinator would have to assign the software to you / or download it to say a network location for all of the users to install. 

 

And sorry I see you're on 2021 .. so you are correct .. 2021.01 is needed

 

I would give them ( CM / SM ) to monitor for updates

This way they know what updates are available.

 

I'd likely expect 2021.1 to be released in the next few months ( going by prior year releases of updates) ...

I contacted my contract manager and they made me sofware administrator. Now I can see the updates again.
