NEED URGENT HELP ON COLLEGE PROJECT DUE TOMORROW

Hey guys, so I have a college project due tomorrow where I have to design a car jack with a 2000Kg min supported weight and 400mm of elevation from the initial point (not the ground). i designed it, but when I Stress Test it with 20000N of force in a "low" position (closest to the ground) I have a very low Safety Factor (0.3) and very high tensions (800MPa). I need help on how to fix these in order for me to sucessfully finish my degree... Please some kind soul. (pardon for my english in advance)

Ill attach the files

Hi

Strength is increased by adding material - using thicker profiles, sheets, screws - depending on where the analysis revealed the problem.

Btw. First, it is worth performing quick manual calculations, then modeling and finally confirming it with an analysis in the program,

Hey thanks for the response. Yeah, I ended up changing the material to a
stronger steel and it solved the problem. But I did the calculations
manually and my safety coefficient was very high. But in the simulation was
very low (<1). I think it may have to do with my constraints between the
screws and the structure, I really don't know 😕
