Hi! You did not specify what release you are on. Here is a simple example created on 2018.2 in 5 minutes.
Enjoy!

Very crafty there Johnson.. Excellent usage of a twisted sweep along with the other techniques....
I like the way your brain thinks...
Hi Brian,
Many thanks for your kind words! My CPUs started to have more frequent multi-threading errors, memory corruption, and occasional hallucination. For this case, to create the same model with the exact detail, it will probably take days if not weeks. I just want to show that with a little bit simplification, Inventor can do that in no time.
Thanks again!
Hello @Anonymous I see that you are visiting as a new member to the Inventor Forum.
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
Attached is the one I drew one up in 2018 using solids at first. Should have used surfaces and then thicken for seamless transition on the circular pattern, had to fudge a little bit with an added revolution but for a first go turned out pretty good.
I recreated @johnsonshiue part in 2015 using his similar modeling techniques for you.
Also recreated my attempt in 2015 using surfaces in case you wanted to see that method.
Posted the renderings of both 2018 versions at Friday Pictures.
Hope this helps!

Your suggestion is very good, I find it interesting, maybe can you explain me how I can do it like you did, thanks
Hi @Anonymous,
please step by step in the browser view...
such geometry can be created in 1.000.000 variants
@Anonymous were you able to open the 2015 attachments and inspect the browser tree to see how the part was made?
If you drag the EOP (End of Part) up to the top and move down incrementally you can see what feature was created at each step.
What part of the modeling are you getting stuck at?
