Good Morning, one of my client send me a naviswork model, but I want to use it in Inventor 2016, is this possible, how can I do it?

No its not possible (as far as I know).. You can use 3DS Max as indicated here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcartic... Perhaps check the Inventor Exchange App store https://apps.autodesk.com/INVNTOR/en/Home/Index to see if there's an add on that someone wrote.

you need to communicate with your client on which file format you need
navisworks has limted export options

If the navisworks file is an .rcs file, you can append it into Inventor.
Manage tab, Cloud point, attach.
After you append you can move it around to match your inventor assemblies.
