My Problem

I've received 4 seperate copies of 30 day free trials.
1-autocad mechanical
1-autocad architechual (which I didn't need)
2-autodesk inventor.

the problem: only one of them would even show up on my PC.
didn't load right and upon trying to reload it, it wouldn't show up.
Now I have a half loaded program and 4 CD'S that won't even read.
By not showing up, it said "no disc in the drive"

Has anyone had this kind of problem?
Is there perhaps some kind of "COUNTER" that cuts them off?

I called support and they said that they couldn't help, only help is on-line.

If you can suggest something else, thank you.

It sounds like your DVD drive is playing up? Which OS are you using - I used to have similar problems about discs not showing up on Vista until I got a firmware update for my DVD drive.

If that doesn't fix it, try copying the contents of each disc to your hard drive (all to the same folder for a single product) then run the setup from your hard drive? It may take a couple of tries to get the disc to read but if you do it that way it won't even need to look for the disc, all the data will be there.

Cheers,
Melinda

How old is your system? older systems and chips may not
support the current products. Please post the system specs. Do other ( non-CAD
DVD's still work on the same system?
