I have developed an Autodesk Inventor Add-In using Visual Studio with the .NET Framework 4.8, and it works perfectly on Inventor 2023. Before distributing or upgrading the software,

1. Compatibility: Will an Add-In develop for Inventor 2023 using .NET Framework 4.8 work directly on Inventor 2025 without any modifications?

Hi! It depends. Inventor 2025 supports .Net 8. It may work just fine without recompiling your Add-In. Or, you may need to recompile it with .Net 8. You may want to try it out and see if your Add-In works with Inventor 2025 or 2026.
