Welcome to the forum.

Does your PC meet the system requirements from Autodesk?

Almost sounds like you are running out of memory?  What other anti-virus or programs are running in the background that would interfere with the loading?

SOunds like you have a dialog off the screen.  When it happens do the following:

1.  ALT+Spacebar

2.  M key

3. Left or right arrow key

4. Move mouse.

Is there a dialog attached to your cursor?
