How to create a constant values in a sheet

For a school project I'm currently producing sheets, one problem I have is that I have to keep resetting the tolerance and text (For dimensions, my text is simply 'mm'), is there any way to have all dimensions be in 5mm font, have 0 Tolerance and have 'mm' on the end?
