Multiple joint does not work?

Hello All,

Last week we migrated to Inventor 2019.4 (from 2018)

Today I noticed that the joint-command stops working after making 1 joint.

In the Screencast you can see the effect.

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Kind regards,

Robert Benjamins

Can you try linking the Screencast (I get an error, are you sure it was finished compiling).

Hi! The behavior does not look right to me. Are you using a 3D Connexion device? Have you updated the driver?

Many thanks!

Thank you for the advice. I had an old driver for my 3D-mouse. It is now on the 10.6.0-version.

But that didn't solve the problem.

The problem only occurs when I change the type of joint from rigid to rotational.

When I leave the type of joint on the default, it works as aspected.

Kind regards,

Hi Robert,

I can reproduce it on 2019.4 and 2020.1 and older releases also. This is an excellent catch. I will work with the project team to see if this is a known issue.

Many thanks!
