I am trying to set up the companys products in a smart way to reduce their time making drawings.
Today the designers at this company makes a new drawing of the part arangement for every new order.
The parts used in the arrangements is very similar similar to each other and modules are easy to define.
The modules changes both in shape and sizes.
I would like to make an Assembly or iAssembly with sub-iAssemblies so that I first can choose the size for all the sub-iAssemblies and then in each sub-iAssembly I can choose the appearance of the module. But this does not seem to be possible, or is it?
In the picture you can see how it looks like when I try the change the member of the table for the sub-iAssembly. If I just could change this table in my Assembly this would solve my problems. Or if there would be possible to choose both size and appearance for each iAssembly that is placed in the master Assembly.
