Model tree missing features on new part

This happens a lot when I am creating a part that needs multiple sketches and/or workplanes.  As I create the features only the first 1 or 2 show up in the model tree.  I can save, rebuild all etc. and the only thing that works is to close and re-open the part.  This is an annoying thing to do multiple time for each part that I start.  Any tips/advice would be much appreciated.  It'll probably shop up correct in the browser when you open it, but the screenshot is the same file at the same save point.

@mikemRSYP4

Looks correct on my machine and I do not recall ever seeing this issue reported here in the past - interesting.

Hi!

Have you all the Inventor Updates installed?

I figured that would be the case.  Closing and re-opening fixes it for me.  That's why I included the screenshot so you could see what I was talking about.  I saved the file and created the screenshot at the same time.  This is something that happens to me on almost every new part I create that has multiple sketches.

I am up to date on Inventor.  this version seems to crash more than previous so I make sure that I update as soon as it comes out.

I added some features, it still works, probably is not a template issue.

I guess it's a graphic issue: try to update windows and graphic card drivers.

I am up to date on windows and graphics card.  The browser tree usually populates fine after I've closed and re-opened.  It isn't something that happens every time.  Just enough that I thought I'd reach out to the experts.  My guess is it's something to do with how inventor is storing the information.  If I ctr-z it will sometimes jump back to a pre-saved state (20-30 step).  closing (not saving) and re-open gets me back to where I left off.  Seems like a memory storage issue.

You might try dragging the red EoP marker to the top of the browser and the right click select move to end.  Also on the Manage tab Rebuild All.  Try each of these separately and report back when you see this behavior.

Edit: There was one other interesting thing I saw - when I opened the file it was not in the Home position.

OK, It's happening again on another part.  I derived in a sketch from another part, created a work plane and a new sketch.  I tried 'rebuild all'.  No change.  I moved the EoP to the top and rc menu 'move to end'.  no change.  Since you noticed it not being in the home location I rotated it around and saved it in the exact position of the screenshot.  This is a fresh instance of inventor as it fatal errored on me 10 min ago. My guess is the file will look good on your end again.  Thanks for looking at this for me.

Hi! This could be a browser corruption of a panel setting issue. I opened the file on the latest build targeting 2023.3 update. The browser tree looked correct. If you find a way to reproduce the behavior, please let me know asap.

Many thanks!
