Model browser missing

Hello, 
I've lost the model browser on the side of my screen in Inventor 2019. The one that should be here:

I have tried toggling the 'model' checkbox to no avail 

I would greatly appreciate any help

I've had the browser disappear as well. I chose View Reset UI Layout.  And sometimes, in frustration, I close inventor completely and restart the application.  Then there's always rebooting............
